SULT is a inclusive & empowering environment. We require students to respect instructors, fellow participants, and our ethos of inclusivity within our shared studio environment.
Disruptive, unsafe, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
We are committed to creating a space rooted in respect, care, and belonging. To support this, we encourage open and honest communication—if you ever have concerns or feel uncomfortable please reach out. Your safety, experience, and well-being truly matter to us.
SULT strives to communicate with clarity and kindness. We aim to run classes on time and engage thoughtfully and respectfully. In return, we ask students to arrive punctually, silence phones during class, and come prepared to participate in a respectful and inclusive way.
As movement is often shared and close-contact, we also kindly ask that students arrive feeling fresh and mindful of personal hygiene, so everyone can feel comfortable and at ease.
Burlesque has a sexual element however our classes and offering are an invitation - It is important that if you, as a student, ever feels unconformable with a exercises or routine then please practice your autonomy to polity decline involvement.

Participation in dance and movement classes involves an inherent risk of injury. While SULT instructors prioritise safety and provide guidance, by attending classes you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own health, safety, and participation.
Students are required to work within their own physical limits and to modify movements as needed. If you experience pain, discomfort, or injury, it is your responsibility to stop and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Students with pre-existing injuries, medical conditions, or health concerns that may affect their participation are solely responsible for managing their condition and determining their suitability to participate in classes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SULT is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property that may occur on the premises or during participation in classes or activities.
Any injury, pregnancy or mental health issues that may limit or affect class involvement must be communicated to your teacher before class and student must be confident to self manage through this limitation.

All pass holders and members must book into classes in advance.
Bookings may be cancelled up to 30 minutes before class with no penalty
Cancellations made within 30 minutes of class start, or non-attendance, will be treated as a missed class
Missed Class Fees
Casual pass holders:
A $17 missed class fee will be charged to the secured payment method or deducted from the pass
Members:
A $8 missed class fee will be charged to the secured payment method
A requests for leniency to late fees due to special or extreme circumstances may be made and submitted via email to hello@sultmovement.com.au these requests will be assessed at TOT discretion.
If a class is required to be cancelled by TOT - outside of studio scheduled closures students on a weekly casual pass may apply for a credits to affected classes.
IF TOT needs to cancel a class outside of scheduled closures students will be notified via email and on the TOT WhatsApp group . In these circumstances your booking will be automatically cancelled by the system and removed from the schedule.
Passes and memberships may be transferred to another person. Transfers must be organised by the pass holder and submitted via email application for approval
If a student is on a Payment Plan Policy any failure to make a scheduled payment may result in immediate suspension of access to all classes and benefits. Access will be reinstated once payments are brought up to date. No refunds or credits will be issued for payments already made
Requests to amend a payment plan must be submitted via email at least 24 hours before the due date and are subject to approval

Casual class passes grant access to scheduled, recurring in-person classes only.
Casual Class Passes do not include access to online material short courses, workshops, events, or private sessions unless otherwise stated.
TOT reserves the right to modify class schedules and offerings at any time.
Memberships allow full access to in person a and online classes and a selection of online short courses
Memberships are offer a 20% discount to all TOT merch
Yearly Memberships include access to two TOT burlesque Workshops (must be used in the 12 month period)
Memberships includes various discounts and VIP access to retreats, workshops, mentorships & events

All TOT sales are final. No refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance, unused classes, or change of mind.
Class Passes - 15-Class Pass (Casual)
Valid for 15 weeks from the date of the first class attended
Does not pause for term breaks or studio closure days
Unused classes do not roll over and are not redeemable for credit
Weekly Class Pass
Valid for 7 days from the date of the first class attended
Unused classes do not roll over
Passes cannot be paused, extended, or credited
All class passes expire on their stated expiry date. Unused classes are forfeited and will not be refunded or credited.
12-Month Membership
Valid for 12 calendar months
Includes allowance for up to 13 weeks of scheduled holiday or closure days
If TOT is closed for more than 13 weeks within a membership year, students may apply for a credit for additional closure time
