Step into a deeper understanding of your body in this hands-on workshop designed to help movers & dancers of all skill level to explore the fundamentals of movement, contemporary dance, and classical technique.
We will build strength, explore mobility, weight transfer and refine body awareness, focusing on precision, ease, and confidence to improve alignment, movement quality, and fluidity. Through playful exercises and somatic guidance, you’ll unlock your body’s potential, deepen your connection to movement, learn to train with care, and feel more powerful, grounded, and in control of every motion.
This workshop is perfect for performers, dancers, movers, and anyone who wants to embody their sensuality, confidence, and grace with awareness. Whether you’re refining your technique or exploring movement for fun, this session gives you tools to connect deeply with your body.

The Baptism of Burlesque Workshop is a short-format immersive experience, offered as a ceremonial introduction to our longer-form mentorships. It explores burlesque as an embodied method of self-exploration and sensual reclamation.
With shadow and desire as our muse, we create a held container for self-excavation, weaving Jungian teachings, technique, artistry, and authentic storytelling. Through somatic exploration, movement ritual, and guided choreography, participants engage body story, reflection, and expression.
A nourishing, playful deep dive designed to awaken confidence, sensuality, and creative agency. No performance experience required.

This workshop is for those who are curious about burlesque as a pathway to self-expression, sensual embodiment, and personal inquiry. It’s ideal for those seeking to reconnect with their body, explore shadow and desire in a safe, creative container, and move beyond performance into authentic storytelling.
No dance or burlesque experience is required — just a willingness to listen inward, move with curiosity, and meet yourself with openness.
