BIM

Unique to SULT, BIM is a dynamic calisthenic body-conditioning and movement training class. It blends the athleticism of dance with the coordination of sports and the freedom of mobility work. Guided by our philosophy of strength through flexibility, BIM focuses on building power while discovering length and elasticity in the body. This class integrates functional movement and fascia-focused training to enhance fluidity, resilience, and overall body awareness. Perfect for developing strength, agility, flexibility, and coordination, BIM sharpens control and range of motion while elevating your movement quality. Experience a powerful fusion of techniques designed to challenge, empower, and transform, no matter your experience level.

Alchemising Movement

Alchemising Movement weaves storytelling with technique, improvisation & connection. This class empowers you to move with authenticity and conviction as you explore somatic awareness and new movement pathways.
Within a supportive and inclusive environment, you’ll be encouraged to expand your understanding of movement as a form of communication with yourself, others, and as an expressive art form. Expect partner work, guided improvisation, and on occasion an Art × Movement collaboration, blending movement and visual art to create a shared creative piece.
Expressive, exploratory, and deeply creative, Alchemising Movement is open to all levels.

About Us,

SULT has been a lifetime in the making for us.

Our stories began in very different places, but share a common thread: movement has always been central to who we are, and both of us have experienced what happens when we lose that connection.

After a decade of classical ballet training, Rebekah was awarded a full scholarship at a prestigious Sydney academy. Yet despite reaching her goals, she found herself disconnected from herself and the joy she once found in dance.

Franko’s story unfolded through soccer, fine arts and a lifelong curiosity for learning. After representing his country in football, he left the game struggling with recurring injuries.

During the COVID lockdowns, Rebekah’s discovery of somatic movement transformed her relationship with dance, her body and herself. Together, we began exploring movement not simply as exercise, but as a way of listening, connecting and discovering.

SULT is the result.

Gaelic for joy, SULT is both a philosophy and a commitment to self. Through mixed-modality movement, creativity and embodied practice, we create space for people to reconnect with themselves, explore their edges, discover their unique rhythm and become active agents in the story of their lives.

We are Rebekah and Franko Franki—partners in life, artists, movers, teachers and co-founders of SULT. We believe movement can be playful, challenging, deeply human—and a pathway back to joy.
