We are not your regular dance community. Your drawn here because your seeking something else. Your seeking self love, tenderness, joy, creative expression. When you say yes to a class or a program, you are saying yes to yourself despite everything. Despite all your feelings of unreadiness, all your imperfections, all the mess, and the endless growing to-do lists. You know it is time to prioritise your own mental and physical health. You know its time to prioritise fun and creativity. To have a practice of nurturing your embodied creative flame. It is time to say yes to the beauty of play and yes to self expression and yes to fostering the relationships that support you and e courage you.
