Participant Agreement

This agreement sets out the commitments and expectations between Temple of Tease (the Mentor/Facilitator) and the Student/Participant (the Student). By enrolling in and participating in this program, you are entering into a shared journey that honours creativity, self-expression, and empowerment, while also protecting the safety, integrity, and wellbeing of all involved.

Participation and Consent

Temple of Tease is founded on principles of autonomy, consent, and self-responsibility. While you are warmly encouraged to participate fully in the program, you will never be required to do, say, or wear anything that feels uncomfortable or unsafe for you.

All activities—whether movement-based, creative, or performance-related—are offered as invitations. You are always free to modify, pause, or decline participation in any activity in a way that honours your body and personal boundaries.

Respect for yourself, your fellow students, and the collective container is essential. Any behaviour that is harmful, unsafe, or disrespectful to others or to the integrity of the program may result in removal from the course at the Mentor’s discretion.

Intellectual Property, Images, and Media

During the program, sessions or moments may be photographed or recorded for promotional or educational purposes. By enrolling in Temple of Tease, you grant permission for your image, likeness, and voice to be used in this way unless you notify the Mentor in writing prior to the commencement of the program that you do not wish to be included.

You may also request at any time during the program not to be photographed or filmed, and this request will be respected.

Please be aware that photography and videography are part of the program inclusions and denning permission to share your image may affect your level of involvement in group tasks, performances or certain settings. 

You are warmly encouraged to share your personal experiences and reflections from Temple of Tease. However, if you wish to recreate, teach, or publicly share any course content—including choreography, exercises, written materials, or structured concepts—prior permission must be obtained and appropriate credit given. This includes any content that is directly replicated or recognisably derived from the program.

Student login details are for individual use only and must not be shared. Please honour the integrity of this exchange.

Health, Safety, and Personal Responsibility

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing.

You agree to inform the Mentor prior to participation of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancies, physical health considerations or mental health conditions. While all reasonable care will be taken to create a safe and supportive environment, Temple of Tease and the Mentor accept no liability for injury, illness, or emotional distress arising from participation.

If additional emotional or psychological support is required, it is the Student’s responsibility to seek this independently. Please be mindful that the course can bring up distress or emotion and it is essential that over the duration of the course you take adequate rest and prioritise self care. 

The use of drugs or alcohol, or attending sessions or performances under the influence, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the program without refund.

Energetic and Community Commitments

Temple of Tease is both a mentorship and a sacred creative container. Students are asked to prioritise sessions where possible, arrive on time, and participate with openness, curiosity, and respect.
The online workbook is optional but strongly encouraged, along with journaling and reflective integration between sessions. The more you are able to prioritise the course, observe your inner process, and integrate the practices into your daily life, the more depth and benefit you will receive from the experience.

Confidentiality is essential. Personal stories shared within the group must not be discussed outside the container without explicit permission.

In return, the Mentor commits to holding a supportive, inclusive, and empowering space; modelling clear boundaries and compassion; and offering guidance, expertise, and care throughout the program.

Payment and Refunds

All payments made toward Temple of Tease are non-refundable.

If a payment plan has been selected, you agree to complete the full payment schedule as outlined with Rebekah, regardless of attendance or level of participation.

In cases of illness, injury, or unforeseen circumstances, the Mentor may, at their discretion, offer a transfer of enrolment or credit toward a future program. This is not guaranteed and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Changes to Schedule

Temple of Tease reserves the right to amend session dates, times, or locations if circumstances require. Any changes will not be made lightly and will be communicated clearly and as early as possible.

We understand that time is precious and prioritise running the program in a way that is smooth, consistent, and respectful of participants’ commitments.

Legal Acknowledgement

By signing below, you confirm that you:

have read and understood this agreement,

are over 18 years of age,

are legally capable of providing consent,

voluntarily release the Mentor and Temple of Tease from liability related to your participation, and

agree to honour both the practical and energetic commitments of this program.

Failure to complete or comply with this agreement may result in termination of participation without refund.
